Castro Valley Unified School District Board of Education

With the announcement of Superintendent Jim Negri’s retirement, effective June 30, 2015, the Castro Valley Board of Education announced at its meeting last week that a “special board meeting” may be held this week to discuss and take action on the process for selecting a new superintendent, including issuing a request for proposal for an executive search firm to lead the recruitment.

As of Monday, February 2, 2015, this meeting has not been announced. Castro Valley Matters will post information if a meeting is scheduled.

Supervisors to hear proposal for incorporation fiscal analysis
