This chart provides an overview of the proposals from the three finalists who are competing to redevelop the Daughtrey’s Building.

Finalists for the Alameda County-owned Daughtrey’s building redevelopment project have proposed housing, a marketplace anchored by a natural foods grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, a wine bar, and a tap house for the former department store building at 3295 Castro Valley Boulevard in Downtown Castro Valley.  Read our previous post about the concepts.

The Castro Valley MAC meets Monday, July 17 at 6:00 pm at the Castro Valley Library at 3600 Norbridge Avenue to select the preferred developer for the Daughtrey’s Building site.
